The spacious room was not only clean but also thoughtfully equipped with an electric kettle, allowing me to enjoy a warm drink during the chilly evenings. The staff was exceptionally helpful, and I was particularly grateful to the lady who promptly arranged the kettle for me, showcasing the exceptional level of service throughout my stay. The hotel's location was peacefully quiet, providing a serene atmosphere, and the variety of television channels kept me entertained during my downtime. While there is no bar or restaurant on-site, I found delightful dining options just a short walk away. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Bulgaria.
